Founded in September 2019, the Biggest Little Cookie Company is a small business ran by a talented cookier, Erin Atkinson. Erin was born and raised in Reno and has graduated from UNR with her master’s degree in teaching. Erin has a young family including two children and her husband. She teaches at a local high school and bakes cookies out of her kitchen as a cottage food business. Erin plans to expand her small-cottage business to include a commercial retail space and shipping capabilities. We appreciate your support in this small, local cookie company.
