refund POLICY

We hope you are happy with your cookies. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

HOLIDAY SALE REFUNDS

All refunds must be requested within one hour of pick up. All refunded items MUST demonstrate damage or error while in our care. Any damage that occurred after rendered service is not grounds for refund. in the event of custom order error, your refund request will be reviewed for accuracy, and error on part of the Biggest Little Confectionery, (sample errors may include misspellings or incorrect numbers). After inspecting the condition/terms of your request, we will process your return if request is valid. Please allow at least 10-15 days for processing.

MISSED PICK-UP ITEM FROM HOLIDAY SALE

If you fail to appear for initial pick-up time, a secondary pick-up time can be arranged at our discretion. After two scheduled attempts (initial and secondary), no more efforts will be made to contact customer and customer will forfeit the entire cost of the order, unless fault can be found with accessibility of the item at the previously agreed-upon time.

CUSTOM ORDER REFUNDS

Please note that artistic liberty is part of the decorating process and this is not grounds for a refund. Cookies will be made as closely to your request as possible, but please understand that carbon copies of inspiration photos are not possible and should not be expected. Should damage or error occur while the cookies were in our care, your refund request will be reviewed for accuracy, and error on part of the Biggest Little Confectionery, (sample errors may include misspellings or incorrect numbers). After inspecting the condition/terms of your request, we will process your return if request is valid. Please allow at least 10-15 days for processing.

CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are placed on the baking calendar when a request has been received, confirmed, and a 50% deposit of the quoted total price of the order is paid. Refunds of deposit for custom orders can be received in full if cancellation request is provided in writing at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the agreed upon pick up date. Please send an email to erin@biggestlittleconfectionery.com. No refund or credit will be issued for the deposit if the cancellation request was sent less than 14 days prior to the agreed upon date.

Orders will be fulfilled when the remainder of the balance is paid in full. The remainder is due one week prior to the agreed upon pick up date. If the balance is not paid in full no less than seven days prior to the scheduled pick up date, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the deposit paid.
