How can I order some cookies?

If you are looking to order for an upcoming special event, please use the Custom Order Request on this site. At this time, I have a very limited availability with regard to custom orders. Please stay tuned to my social media for the most up to date information.

For pre-sales, I will provide multiple cookie sets for you to pre-order from my site to order 1-3 weeks prior to the holiday. Some cookies will have customizable options. These will then have a bulk pick up date/time for all customers who ordered. This usually takes place 1-2 days prior to the holiday.

Another option are flash sales are rare, but fun! For this, I’ve already baked and decorated the cookies and I have them available for immediate pick up. This will be ordered through my site and picked up from my home.

All cookies are sugar with royal vanilla icing. For some holiday batches, I will released limited quantities of other flavors.

How does custom ordering work?

Please fill out a custom order request on this website. I will respond to you within 24 hours with my availability and a price quote. Please respond within 24 hours. If you’d like to book, I will send an invoice to your email through Square to secure a 50% deposit of your total order price. I ask that this is paid within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise I will have to accept another order. This deposit is refundable no less than two weeks prior to your scheduled pick up date. I ask that your order total is paid within one week of your scheduled pick up date. An invoice will be automatically generated prior to this date for the remainder of your balance.

Custom orders are priced based on complexity, materials, and labor. Prices begin at $60 per dozen for 3”-4” cookies (one dozen minimum of the same theme, 3-4 designs per dozen), or $36.00 per dozen for 1.5”-2” mini cookies (two dozen minimum of the same theme; no characters on minis- though I can do cookies associated with the theme). Complexity depends on the number of colors, personalization, intricate details (florals, watercolors, etc). of cookies.

Please note that while I do offer character cookies, I reserve the right to turn down an order based on the inherent complications of certain characters, (legal, design, etc.).

I ask for at least two weeks’ notice for any custom order to ensure that I have allotted enough time in my baking schedule and that I have the proper supplies and ingredients on hand. I will add that I am typically booked no less than six weeks’ in advance, so I suggest getting your requests in ASAP! If it is possible for me to fit you into my schedule with less than 2 weeks’ time, I will ask that the balance be paid in full at the time of booking and a 25% rush fee may incur.
